This questionnaire is designed to help us learn more about you, your home, and what you’re hoping for in a new furry family member. Our top priority is making the very best match so that both you and your puppy thrive together. Every one of our puppies has their own special personality, and your honest answers help us pair you with the perfect fit for your lifestyle.

All Wenlisa puppies are sold on a non-breeding contract, meaning they are not to be used for breeding under any circumstances. Each puppy is registered with the CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) and is ready to become a fun-loving, loyal addition to your family.

Please note that all our puppies will NOT have tails.
